Artist in Residence, Sealand, DK 

A three week residency in the forest with daily practices of Tai Chi, Qi Gong, Feldenkrais, Reading, Writing and Walking. An intense study of nature, light, transitions of day and night, inner silence, the somatic self and nomadic being.  

Methods used like Dream Dramaturgy, House as a body, Making Maps and Zooming into Somatics.
